This document constitutes an integral part of the regulations and the agreement that the User enters into with the Administrator through registration using the form.

By registering on ajkwiatkowscy.pl or zamglawiacz.pl, the User agrees to the processing of data for the proper performance of the contract between them and Andrzej i Józef Kwiatkowscy s.c.

The Administrator is not responsible for the User's illegal actions if they were not informed of the infringement. Upon receiving information about a legal infringement, the Administrator is obliged to take immediate action to eliminate the consequences caused by the violation of law.
The content and opinions expressed in the store by its visitors remain their property. We do not take any responsibility for them, nor do we identify with them. They do not always align with our views and opinions.
