Withdrawal from the Contract

A Buyer with Consumer status may withdraw from a sales contract for Goods purchased from the Seller without stating a reason by submitting a relevant written statement within fourteen days, counting from the day the Goods were issued (i.e., from the day the Goods were received by the Consumer). To meet this deadline, it's sufficient to send the statement before its expiry. It's recommended to send the aforementioned statement of withdrawal to the Correspondence Address.

MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM (This form should only be completed and sent if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the Consumer in the following cases:

  • Services with properties specified by the consumer in the order they placed or which are strictly related to their person.

  • Services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose subject rapidly deteriorates.

  • The provision of services commenced, with the consumer's consent, before the expiry of the period referred to in Article 7(1) of the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.

In case of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the Goods in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The Consumer is obliged to return the Goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The cost of the Goods, along with shipping costs incurred by the Consumer during the purchase of the Goods, will be refunded by the Seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. A Buyer not having Consumer status does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within ten days. For such Buyers, the rules and terms of withdrawal from the contract are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code. A Consumer who has withdrawn from the contract sends the Goods to the Seller at their own expense; this cost is non-refundable.
