Chlorine Dioxide Gas Generator MEX-5/40
The chlorine dioxide gas generator is used for decontaminating industrial spaces - mushroom farms, greenhouses, storage rooms, and anywhere a high level of disinfection is required. The advantage of gas disinfection lies in the size of the particles, which is 50,000 (!) times smaller than the smallest droplet of mist. This allows for excellent penetration of all gaps in the rooms, especially in degraded floors or wall surfaces. A short contact time of 3 hours is sufficient to carry out the decontamination process. This is confirmed by hundreds of microbiological samples taken in mushroom farms, production plants, and others. It is recommended for eliminating contaminations: avian influenza, coronaviruses, all bacteria, fungi, mold, etc.

INSTRUCTION:
1. Before starting disinfection, surfaces should be cleaned with ESTER-PRO detergent solution and the room should be sealed by securing doors, windows, and ventilation openings.
2. Next, we set the volume and required concentration of chlorine dioxide generated in the disinfected room, as well as the required amounts of ARMEX 5 v.H and MEXACID v.H products. For this purpose, you can use the MEXEO calculator or contact us: tel. 697026236.
3. The operation of the generator is not complicated, but it should be performed by trained individuals equipped with gas masks, a ClO2 gas detector, rubber gloves, and protective clothing.
4. We weigh the specified amount of ARMEX 5 v.H and MEXACID v.H products and place the generator and containers with the weighed amounts of products in the disinfected room. Then we set up a floor fan directly behind the generator and turn on the airflow directed into the hall.
5. We introduce ARMEX 5 v.H into the reactor tank, it is necessary to connect the aeration pump via a hose to the generator, and then to the power source. We place the canister with the weighed amount of MEXACID v.H on the upper shelf of the generator, so that the tap is above the reactor opening. We puncture the canister in the upper part of the bottom and open the tap in the cap. Puncturing prevents airlock and outflow from the canister to the generator tank.
5. Next, you must immediately leave the disinfected room and set the ventilation for 30-60 minutes to reduce the ClO2 concentration in the air below 0.3 ppm.
6. After disinfection is complete, we introduce the neutralizer ULTRAMEX into the reactor (the amount should be checked in the MEXEO calculator or contact us: tel. 697026236) Then we manually empty the reactor tank into the sewage system.
It is important to adhere to the recommended disinfection concentration for social rooms, which is 1000 ppm ClO2 and a contact time of 180 min. The ClO2 detector should indicate a concentration below 0.3 ppm, allowing people to stay in the room without a gas mask. Staying without a mask for up to 15 minutes requires a ClO2 concentration below 0.9 ppm.
