High-Pressure Fogging Nozzle with Filter - 0.3 mm

The fogging nozzle is designed for installation on the quick coupling of the FG-150 fogging system. It is made of high-quality nickel-plated brass, while the internal wear components (such as the filter, nozzle tip, etc.) are made of high-quality stainless steel SS 316. This solution ensures long-lasting and reliable operation without failures. The use of a filter in each nozzle significantly extends its reliable operation.

The system can be easily assembled and customized to individual needs thanks to the use of modern, reliable quick couplings resistant to high pressure.

The additional use of chlorine dioxide for water stabilization will halt all putrefactive processes and eliminate odors.

It employs modern high-pressure fog generation technology, making the fogging system reliable, durable, and easy to use and maintain. It allows fogging over a distance of up to 25m. The high-pressure fogging system produces very small and pleasant water droplets under 70 BAR pressure (<20µm), ensuring thorough penetration of all spaces, remaining airborne for a long time, providing excellent humidification, disinfection, and pest control, while also cleaning the atmosphere of dust and unpleasant odors without excessively wetting surfaces. The device connects directly to the water supply network, and it is possible to use a chemical dispenser, as well as to draw water from a separate reservoir.
FG-150 Fogging System is also used for air cooling and room humidification in animal husbandry, greenhouses, plastic tunnels, restaurants, patios, warehouses, production halls, etc. It has a CE certificate.
