Armex 5 VH 5kg pink + Mexacid 5kg yellow for fogging gas is designed for disinfecting rooms where extraordinary effectiveness is required while maintaining constant humidity. The gas chlorine dioxide molecule is about 50 times smaller than its aqueous form used in standard fogging. This makes gas disinfection much more effective and faster.

Based on the volume of the disinfected room and the expected concentration of ClO2 in the air, the operator reads the necessary amounts of raw materials from charts or a dedicated software program. The reagents are then weighed into canisters, and the open containers are placed by the operator on the dosing tray. The raw materials flow by gravity into the reactor.

5 KEY FACTS ABOUT CHLORINE DIOXIDE:

  1. High effectiveness at low concentrations - making it very efficient.
  2. Wide spectrum of action - eliminates the most common pathogens (including COVID-19 and Legionella or E. coli), bacteria, viruses, fungi, including their spore forms. It also penetrates biofilm. Suitable for disinfecting air, surfaces, and water.
  3. Multiple forms of use - ClO₂ is a gas with high solubility and stability in aqueous solution. Chlorine dioxide-based preparations can be used through fogging, dosing into water, spraying, immersion, or wiping with a cloth/mop.
  4. Has a neutral odor and leaves no residue.
  5. Safe for health - due to its effectiveness, chlorine dioxide is used at low concentrations, making it exceptionally safe. Therefore, it is used for disinfecting water, rooms, and tools in hospitals, as well as toys for children at home and in kindergartens.

  • Dosing chlorine dioxide into water:
    • disinfection of drinking water and water installations
    • disinfection of walls and water in deep wells
    • disinfection of water for animal drinking
    • disinfection of swimming pools - eliminates Legionella and other bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhimurium, S. enteridis, S. panama, S. cholerasuis) and others
  • Fogging:
    • disinfection of livestock rooms - henhouses, barns
    • disinfection of vegetables and fruits
    • disinfection in mushroom farms
    • disinfection of snail farms
    • disinfection of air and rooms such as halls, social rooms, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, public transport vehicles
  • Immersion
    • disinfection of objects
    • disinfection of toys
  • Spraying (spray) adding to a container for wiping with a cloth or mop
    • disinfection of floors
    • disinfection of countertops - including in gastronomy
    • disinfection of other surfaces.
  • The most effective way to:
