HOW DOES THE AXIAL EXHAUST FAN WORK?

The axial exhaust fan operates by moving air along the axis of rotation using a rotor with blades mounted on it. The main components of the axial fan are:

1. Rotor: This is the element that rotates around the axis. The rotor consists of blades that are arranged parallel to the axis of rotation.

2. Housing: The axial fan is housed in a casing that directs airflow and stabilizes its motion. The housing is typically cylindrical or shaped like a helicopter blade to optimize airflow.

3. Motor: The motor is responsible for driving the rotor and enabling its rotation. Electric motors are usually used for axial fans.

4. Blades: These are the rotor elements responsible for transferring mechanical energy from the motor to the air, causing its movement. The blades are designed to generate airflow along the axis of rotation.

When the fan is turned on, the motor drives the rotor, causing the blades to rotate. Due to the shape of the blades and the rotor's rotational speed, air is drawn along the axis of rotation into the housing, where it is then moved outward. This way, the axial exhaust fan effectively extracts air from the rooms or spaces where it is installed.
